Dire - Housekeeping bei Holiday Inn: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Approx 20 minute per room allowed. Room had tea tray, bathroom, 2 double beds, shelving. Absolutely impossible. Generally working on your own. Expected to drag all bedding/towels around in poor quality, broken trucks, usually with 3 wheels. NEVER took my break. Shouted at, feedback given on a whatsapp group so everyone could see. Vacuums generally broken. Expected to carry 2/3 bin bags from some rooms in the time and return room service to kitchen and glassware to bar, all in this time. Service rooms always had something missing.
