Pros

Guests were really nice and friendly. Some of the coworkers have become really nice personal friends.

The management at my location was terrible. They were unprofessional, didn't solve any of the issues that came up, and had us enter rooms when we were the only staff on the premises. As a female teenager at the time, I told them that made me uncomfortable, especially with some of the guest experiences that I had. They didn't try to do anything to solve this issue. Also, they promoted from within, but went by seniority rather than performance.

The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
