Pros
Some of the best, most genuine people I have ever worked with. A great place to start with decent pay, overtime, and opportunity to learn about the company and industry in-depth. Management cares for their employees. Fast-paced work. Culture is very laid-back and comfortable.
Kontras
Unless you have the morning shift, most will work afternoon and evening shifts. This includes weekends and holidays... if not the weekend or holiday, days can be very slow. Climbing the ladder beyond a level III is practically impossible. I do believe for the work we do, pay should be higher. Not only does this motivate and maintain retention, but also attracts better talent out there.
