The senior leadership team is seriously flawed. They seem disconnected from the actual work model and focus more on keeping certain individuals, who may lack competence. This has led them to overlook dedicated, knowledgeable employees who understand the day-to-day operations in favor of those who are simply favorites of the managers. Since the new leader took charge, favoritism has become quite apparent throughout the organization.
