Day-to-day is variable, with lots of project types to work on. Smart and hardworking colleagues. Regular (small) promotions if performance is solid.

Sales-focused organization, with limited room for growth in other specializations. Employee retention is consequently an issue. Upward mobility depends on going into people management, some senior individuals contribute little to ongoing projects. Strategy seems to be to hire large incoming entry level class of recent grads, and then a few are funnelled up each year to manage the new group. Different teams felt siloed.
