Good place to begin your career immediately after college. Management in some areas is quick to let you know how thankful they are to have you. The employees are great people and fun to work with.

Beginning pay is lacking. Some groups are quick to notice talent and give bumps in status and/or pay, though landing in one of these groups is like throwing a dart at a board.
