Pros

You get a paycheck every other week.

Kontras

You can't use the rest room whenever you need to go. The eBanking product you are supporting is completely obsolete and highly flawed/unreliable. The job is very frustrating and turn over rate is extremely high.

Pros

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
