Less work pressure. Play cricket and get to the next level. This may be good for some and bad for most of the people who do not play cricket.

You can not grow if do not have a godfather. HR is just a puppet in hands of Operations and have to select person whom Managers and above recommend. Regardless of the fact, if the person is deserving or not. People are so old in this organ. that they know each other well and will not take action against their subordinates. So no use complaining.
