      Benefits, teamwork, recognition, starting salary for entry level employees, global presence.

      Kontras

      Middle management seems to block advancement and not provide a clear path forward. Several people have transferred divisions or states in order to move up. Some have even left the company to come back at a later time and apply for a higher position.
