Only good if you are just out of uni and really struggling to find work - they will hire almost anyone as they are so desperate so if you need that quick experience go for it.

Long working hours, completely inexperienced staff, the training is poor and those conducting the training do not have enough experience themselves, managers go by a "wing it ethos" which I think is TERRIBLE customer service, you get next to no support, there are almost ZERO benefits with this role - any other company will provide several so really take this into consideration, they expect a vast amount of people to relocate for the job and then provide no hep or support in that move. Working for this organisation was a terrible mistake. The turnover in managers is HUGE so if taking this job consider it a short stop as the company can't hold onto staff.
