Pros
After moving on from entry level engineering position, the pay is very very competitive. There is also a large opportunity to learn beyond your specific engineering focus which is great for a career. For example, even if you're electrical, you might be expected to learn mechanical systems which is great for development. There is also a lot of opportunities for growth if you put a lot of work in and make your goals clear.
Kontras
While the pay can be good, the leadership in the company seems to struggle with decision making. Specific site leadership is the same, and is constantly using general company "propaganda" terms and goals and then making decisions that contradict those. Engineers are also used as an "unlimited resource" due to no work hour rules and salary pay. Which means they will put as much work on you as they can, and expect long work hours. All in all, this is a good place to start your career as a new engineer, you'll learn how to work hard and it looks good on a resume, but with sacrifices in other areas (like personal life).
