-Glassdoor reviews are inflated because HR emails new employees after their first month asking them to write a review, and of course everyone’s experience is good for the first month -It’s impossible to get a pay increase above a small 2% - 3% cost of living increase, but base salaries are high so I guess that’s not terrible -Almost impossible to get promoted -Leadership is out of touch and makes TONS of decisions without taking time to understand the impacts -Experienced employees have been leaving the company in droves because of leadership’s decisions -Work Life Balance has really been suffering lately. It used to be great, but now many of us are regularly working longer hours and logging on during weekends to get work done -Frequent re-orgs and several mass layoffs in the past two years make it hard to actually get work done
