Smart, respectful colleagues. Impressive client roster.
Kontras
Unnecessarily high-stress. Mostly due to some senior leaders’ inability to lead. Middle managers have it the worst, needing to manage the work of juniors while wrangling senior leads to do their jobs. And the blatant favoritism is disheartening for anyone who doesnt cozy up to the MD. Also, the pay is just not on par with the demands of the role for middle managers.
