Pros
Edelman has the right idea of creating an all encompassing agency PR, marketing, broadcast, digital, experiential- it is one of the truly integrated agencies. The creatives are really good.
Kontras
The creative leadership is arrogant and encourages the more junior creatives to never compromise - even if the budget or client isn't on board. It creates a toxic environment that pits creative against everyone else. Production is caught in the middle, but side with anyone but the creatives and you might as well quit. Also, the finance is so old school that real agency work is overly complicated.
