Pros
Work conditions mostly depend on what client you will have. Hybryd work, mostly remote, but you are required to come to office when you are on the bench or if you don't report your time internally on the project(which you will do mostly) and you have to report where you work remotely.
Kontras
junior, middle and senior developers are layed off because there are no projects and there is no money to maintain them, on the other hand, managers spend tons of money on business classes and expensive restaurants. People come and go, no bonuses, no increases in salaries. People are treated like there are 'tons of fish in the sea', but once you damage your reputation, good devs will not choose to work at your company by word of mouth. Severe micromanagement in the company, strange assignment on the projects, there might be 2 devs who do real job and few managers to control what they are doing. You will be asked to work but not report your time internally, which will eventually lead to lay off in the future.
