Pros
It was really fun to keep up with the trends and to see new product coming through the store. If you enjoy fashion, it can be a great fit. The customers were also great, and you really got to know them in the small store I worked at. My store was very nice and all the employees really helped each other out. The discount is amazing- stock up on those bags! They also train their employees very well.
Kontras
The dress code became out of control, especially for associates making less than ten an hour... it was impossible to dress by the company standards at times. Also, some micromanaging existed from both the store management and corporate. It was overwhelming at times, especially given how little associates made (and no commission on hard work!)
