Excellent place to develop yourself and overcome the fear of talking to people. I enjoyed working for Coach because I learned something new every day. The training is exceptional and before you know it, you will be a master on knowing how to sell. If you sell like crazy and the team makes store goals, everyone gets a bonus. By the way, bonuses will sometimes double your check up! Once you are there for a while, Coach will become part of you family, the people are incredible and you will miss them if you once have to leave.

Breaks are unfair. For a 7 to 8 hr shift, we should be entitled to a decent break, specially during weekends. Breaking "lunch" into two parts ( a 30 min and then a 15 min) is ridiculous. I'd like to have enough time to eat.
