work different hours every day and week, not able to enjoy holidays, you have to "request" time for vacation and hope that it gets approved. If you are sick, you are responsible for finding someone to work for you and if you don't, you are out of luck and have to work or get a write up. No support from upper management. It is very hard to move up with the company and hard to get a decent raise. Had to go through 4 different uniform changes and the company did not even give money or reimbursement...also all clothes had to be approved before you wore it. if the regional or district manager did not like you, you knew and so did everyone else in your region. nothing was kept confidential.
