Pros
Management in the stores were great. I have worked in both full price and factory stores as a sales associate in New Jersey and Connecticut. I was lucky and both stores had an organized and reliable managing group. I was a seasonal worker during college and the managers were always accommodating.
Kontras
No real cons that I can list other than I wasn't the biggest fan of being "on-call" but that comes with working in retail.
