Great incentive structure across all levels, good work life balance, realistic goals, values internal and external customer. Effective training and support.
Kontras
Constantly changing course, reactionary to business trends but timing of execution is not well thought out. Rolling out new product categories but not giving them enough time to take hold before pulling from stores, very confusing to the customer. Too much focus on flagship locations and not enough focus on core customer.
