      Free meals on days worked, 1/2 off at your store only, good & healthy food that you know is cooked right there or cooked yourself

      Redundant work, not really any other cons besides finding good people who want to work an easy job

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Kontras

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
