When you have a great team working with you, everything is smooth and easy even though it is very busy during lunch or dinner. It all about the team work and everyone acting as a top performer. They have a great vision about having a team of top performers who are empowered to achieve high standards.

Kontras

When the there is a bunch of new hires and the training wasn't set up that great thing fall apart easily when there is a bad team and bad influences. People talk a lot of stuff but not do a lot of stuff. It depends who is working who has the leadership to guide everyone. It is a hard and heavy job.
