      The chipotle i worked as was nice. The employees were very nice and welcoming and helpful. The pay wasn't that high but It was better than nothing. Hopefully by now they've increased it. Management wasn't too distant from the employees so there wasn't a huge disconnect with rules and stuff. The only

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
