      Free meal, that's about it.

      This company is amazing at giving you nothing to help you succeed, then gaslighting you into thinking it's your fault, despite never providing proper support, training, etc. in the first place. Awful culture. It used to be great and is in the tank now that Brian Niccol came through and made it Taco Bell 2.0.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
