Company is going downhill. Used to pay above min wage, now they don't. Physically demanding job, crew calls in a lot so everyone is underpaid and over worked. Perks used to be better. They cut paid breaks and free meals for everyone who works (now you only get free meals if you work a long shift). Customers are entitled and you are never doing enough to please higher-ups.
