      Good benefits and good food.

      Kontras

      Bad pay to management and crew for what they ask of you. The busy restaurants don't retain employees and the slow restaurants can't hire too many employees. Better companies are following along the Chipotle Model and will become better as Chipotle only cares about its numbers and not its people.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
