      * Low pay for all the work that you have to do: - prep, always clean all the store ( in UK for a cleaner position is 12£ per hour). You need to be super fast and you don’t have a proper training. And they pay 9£ per hour for all the work. If they promise you to start like a manager for your experience never trust. They want you for crew member and then will see. Break is not pay

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
