Pros
Well I haven't started yet but it sounds like they give me ample training and really invest in my own success as well as the company's. The CEO apparently comes in to interview people and I love that down-to-earth feel that he's involved with all his stores. The manager is relatively new and it sounds like he is really just trying to make it a really great place to eat and the employees work hard to keep the restaurant clean and well prepared. My favorite thing I've seen so far is that they get fresh food in twice a week, have no microwaves or freezers, and keep everything fresh and cut and marinate all of their vegetables and meets as well as having meats without added hormones. It was a very fresh and healthy feeling there.

Just what's expected, it's a lot of work to work there and it can get hot behind the grill and other heated appliances. It also does stink a little that the restaurant doesn't open until 11:00 A.M. just because I would rather have an earlier shift and then get off earlier but it's not a big deal.
