Tuition Reimbursement is top notch. People are nice as can be.

Types of places where if your the first one to leave for the day, you get looks (got to wait for manager or others to leave). Got to have stellar record to be promoted and it has to be independent of your own work. HR can be a bit difficult to work with and does have a big footprint in the organization. Also hiring more minorities/poc will bring more inclusivity.
