      Pros

      The food is very good, and the management promises to train all its employees, and for the most part does. Each new employee is treated with respect.

      Kontras

      It is not easy to get 40 hours a week and difficult to get good training if you are only scheduled for 5. There is a lot of stress on employees to perform constantly at their peak if they want to advance.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
