New Management-have already fired several people taking their job and authority to the extremes. Our staff works hard and Under an STRESSFUL environment and we are compensated but we have the feeling that you don't want us to be because you keep changing the way our compensation structure is so that we cant achieve our goals LEAVE IT ALONE!
