Great place to work. Lots of room to grow and fantastic benefits (4 weeks vacation per year, plus personal days and federal holidays). A hard-working environment, but worth it since a great place to work.

Very lean structure these days. Need to be flexible on being able to take on new or varied roles and be willing to put in some overtime.
