There are many long-tenured employees which indicates good things (10-20+ years). Company is growing and is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the Payments industry.

Many employees have simply been around too long - they have a great deal of knowledge but end up holding the company back from moving forward and from making improvements in communication and cooperation across divisions and silos. There are pockets within the company where the "blame-game" is part of the culture and too much time is spent covering tracks instead of allowing people to focus solutions and results.
