If you can get a manger that supports you that is half the battle.

They hire you on false pretenses. You will work and work and work and then they will find a way to not pay you. The compensation plan changes every year. Upper management thinks sales people make to much money so you will get screwed every year and they have sole discretion. If you are a woman be VERY PREPARED to not be treated fairly, it is a boys club.
