Great health benefits, 401k matching, bonuses They are trying to make things more equitable for women and minorities but have a way to go. I do like the CEO and CIO. They make good decisions and drive the business/technology to the leading edge.

The performance management process is brutal for managers trying their best to take care of their people and represent them in a "cross-calibration" process. For employees, there's a forced distribution with very high numbers on the bottom end. Those being forced into the bottom rating will not receive a raise and a nominal bonus. For this reason, I would not recommend working for the company. It's not a great way to treat employees who work hard and are loyal. While I do appreciate the CEO and CIO, I do question their judgment in continuing the performance management process they just won't let go of. It's a completely demoralizing process. For this reason, I have marked the Culture & Values at 3 stars.
