- technically more challenging than other banks in the area - management acts on at least some of the survey suggestions - emphasis on moving legacy systems to the cloud(mainly AWS) - time is given every Friday to pursue learning and other interests - pcp doctor on campus, nice health benefits - 3% 401k match even if you don't contribute anything

- salary for senior engineers could be higher - most employees have a bad opinion of stack ranking - every technical decision needs to be vetted by a central team of architects even before one line of code is written. This adds needless delays. - management tries too hard to make employees feel as if they are part of a noble mission. Though company is better than peers, the constant emphasis on mission becomes distracting
