I have 18 years of banking experience in senior positions, and even though I took a pay cut when I moved to Capco as a Senior Consultant, I don’t regret it one bit. Capco has been an excellent opportunity for me to learn new methodologies and expand my consulting skills, especially given my background in the industry. For anyone coming from a strong industry background, Capco provides a great platform to transition into consulting and apply your expertise in new and exciting ways. The team and leadership are incredibly supportive, and I feel humbled by the trust they’ve placed in me. What stands out the most is the support from the client project managers at Capco—they are encouraging and genuinely invested in my development. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with clients and learning from the talented team around me. Strong teams — Colleagues are smart, capable, and great to work with. Entrepreneurial environment — New ideas are encouraged, and there’s room to take initiative.
