Employees are just a number affecting the bottom line. Constant revolving door of management. Due to the antiquated forced distribution raise system, most employees do not receive a promotional increase yet leadership continues to collect millions off the backs of those who actually perform the work. Many fear when the next layoff is coming - they will be replaced by younger, lower salaried hires. Also, the Company tends to oversell and under deliver its offerings due to lack of resource pool.
