worst management only focus on increasing share value and no time to think about employee satisfaction or client concerns. you need to be in good books of L2-L3 to get hike/bonus or else forget about it. CEO takes multi-million bonus but has no money to give to even top performers. I was rated one consistently for last three years but with zero increase in my salary.
