Pros

It's a large company with many projects and different opportunities that you can work on. There are perks like the parties and picnics and team events. Each year after your first you get 10% of your take home salary put into tor 401k from Booz. Depending on your client and project manager, it is usually easy to do things like work from home and have flexible hours.

Kontras

More than once I have seen people getting promoted that don't deserve the promotion. It is like the managers give promotions in order to have people below them getting promoted and this helps the managers career. More than once I have been told I would be working on one project and then actually been put on a totally different project. Management hasn't been honest with length of time going to be spent at client site, keeping me there longer than originally planned. Also, I am pretty sure there are people on my team that were hired strictly based on their looks.

Pros

Strong mission-focused culture with meaningful work supporting national security missions. Great exposure to diverse projects, talented teammates, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to develop skills across security, intelligence, cyber, and consulting. Benefits and professional development resources are solid.

Kontras

The company culture and employee experience have changed significantly in recent years. Earlier years felt more mission-focused and employee-centered, while recent organizational shifts, government spending pressures, and increased emphasis on becoming a technology-focused company have created uncertainty for some employees. Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
