      Pros

      I beleive that the best thing about working for BAH is the benefits and the training. Everybody works hard. You will learn a lot.

      You will work your but off to get a promotion. Promotions are not based on ability or skill but who you know and if they want you to be promoted.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
