      Hours are incredible, especially given the high pay straight out of college.

      Often, you feel like an intern with the work you are given. Definitely need to put your time in to get real responsibility.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
