      Pros

      My experience at BAH is unique because I had great people to work with. I have heard bad things from other people who are stuck in dead end staff augmentation positions.

      Lack of shared knowledge. No mentorship. Poor direction at times. Employee support is pretty much lip service. You luck out if you have a good manager.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
