Pros

Salary and benefits are good to better than average. Work hours are demanded by client work and aren't really controlled by the company.

Kontras

If remote and/or client sited, company seems to be little more than the name on your paycheck. No avenues for professional development or even continuous education unless you use your PTO or are lucky enough to have access to company training. Company's focus on networking really develops a sense of "good ol' boy" networking, its not a matter of what you know or what you can do as much as who you know.
