      Admin work is done on your own time. Be prepared to work a lot more hours than is advertised. Work life balance is not what is advertised.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
