      Salary is top notch; tuition reimbursement is very generous (5k per year), work with smart very capable people, and full support of career aspirations

      The annual assessment process is very time consuming and somewhat inflated, it should however not contain any surprises as it is very thorough.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
