      Great benefits and a good reputation within the community. Strong community relations program. Lots of training available.

      Now that they are public them seem more concerned about the bottom line than about the extra perks within the firm.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
