Good growth opportunities. It's a good job to come to out of college provided that you don't get placed on-site. In that way Booz Allen is starting to become like any other Gov't contractor that just fills support seats on site. Luckily I've dodged that bullet.

The very real possibility of being placed onsite can mean your career comes to a halting stop. Also, just know that you're just head count for management.
