      Didn't like it at all

      Work you too much. They require a minimum of 43 hours a week and it can easily exceed that. Not wasy to do with a family. It doesn't seem like they care about work/life balance at all. At least not the team that I worked for. I never saw my manager...very poor communication.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
