Great Benefits. Unmatched retirement, (10% of salary), but you aren't vested fully for 6 years!!!

Low Pay, very traditional hierarchical. You must buy into their whole philosophy to get promoted (volunteer for extra things in the firm, etc) and it is NOT just based on performance. Also, they expect you to work overtime without getting comp time.
